A: Wait time is order specific.Depending on requirements for your shipment the processing stage could take 1-3 business days. From then, Pick-up could take 1-10 days, and an additional 1-10 days for delivery. On average, an order from start to finish takes 6 days.

A: Shipping Rates have many variables. Time frame is one of the key elements in this industry, the more time you have the less expensive shipping can be. If you need your shipment yesterday you may pay more than the going rate. Fuel costs have a very big impact on shipping rates, as does truck availability.

A: A Freight broker is not just one trucking company; it is your ticket to all trucking companies, with more options and better rates. A freight broker does the "Shopping around" for the best possible rate for you. A freight Broker is licensed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration just like a the Carrier which will be hauling the load. 

A: Part of the Freight Brokers job is securing a Carrier with the proper insurance needed to fully cover each and every shipment. Any claims will be made to the Carrier's insurance company however, Cargo Motions, LLP assists each client with discovery and filing of claims against a carrier's insurance policy.

A: Our payment policy is a credit card deposit upon pick-up and COD direct to our driver. We do, however, cater to our clients or our carrier's needs as they may be accustomed to alternate payment terms. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and bank certified checks ONLY.
